Festival Mo’Fo
A l’origine du festival Mo’Fo, il y a l’Antifolk festival. A l’initiative de Benoît Rousseau, programmateur de Mains d’Œuvres de 2000 à 2005, en étroite collaboration avec Herman Düne, Antifolk, comme son nom (ne) l’indique (pas), se consacre au folk, mais aussi au rock et aux débuts de l’electro rock.
Deux éditions Antifolk ont eu lieu en juin et décembre 2002, avant de céder la place à Mo’Fo. Au programme entre autres de ce petit festival qui allait devenir grand : Black Heart Procession, Calc, Klaus Bong, Paloma, DJ kungen, Kimya Dawson, Jeffrey Lewis, Herman Dune, oby Goodshank.
En juin 2003, Antifolk devient Mo’Fo. On y entend More Folk ou Mother Folk, ou encore Mother F... selon !
Toujours est-il qu’après avoir passé une semaine de résidence de création intenses tous ensembles, les artistes invités ont joué pendant 3 soirs.

En juin 2004, après le succès de l’année précédente, le festival prend encore de l’ampleur en accueillant près de 30 groupes sur 2 scènes pendant 3 soirs.

En juin 2005, le festival Mo’Fo#5 se consacre entièrement au rock indé (folk, pop, rock), avec au programme : Teenage Fanclub (UK) / The Pastels (UK) / Fugu (FR) / Le Club des Chats (FR) / The Patriotic Sunday (FR) / Monade (FR) / Da Brasilians (FR) / Luz et ses rétroclips (FR) / Bonnie Prince Billy (USA) / Herman Dune (FR) / Old Time Relijun (USA) / Turner Cody (USA) / Calvin Johnson (USA) / Go Go Charlton (FR) / El Boy Die (FR) / Oly Arckle (FR) / Acid Mothers Temple (JAP) / Sonic Boom plays the Spacemen 3 (UK) / Mr Quintron & Miss Pussycat (US) / Sexual Aid Kit (FR) / Julie Doiron (CAN) / The Chap (UK) / Zombie (FR)
En juin 2006, dernière édition en date, Mo’Fo#6, est résolument tournée fvers l’électro rock.
